Conference rooms

The Hotel has 4 large communicating meeting rooms, capable of being modulated, and a smaller meeting room located on the mezzanine floor, which is more intimate and comfortable. The 4 communicating rooms are separated by sliding walls and they give one the possibility to equip the structure to the most specific banqueting or congressional demands presented by our clients.
The rooms are perfectly equipped: from an internet connection to a video projector, microphones, blackboards, and loose-leaf paper. Comfortable areas for a hospitality desk, secretary’s office, and participant registration may be organized upon request.
The professionalism of our staff has always been able to offer our clients all the technical assistance needed, making the Grand Hotel Duomo of Pisa an ideal place for organizing every type of company, association, university, and advertising meeting just a few steps from the Tower.

Conferences, ceremonies, and convivial

The Grand Hotel Duomo is historically a meeting place for numerous national and international clubs, such as Rotary, Lions, Soroptimist, Fidapa, Kiwanis, Innerwheel, Amni, Serra, Garden, and many others.
The structure has always been receptive to cultural events of international importance. The Hotel even serves as a venue for cultural demonstrations, such as the "Premio Letterario Pisa", the National Poetry, Fiction and Non-Fiction Contest, organized by the Artistic Literary Group, "La Soffitta" in collaboration with the Pisa City Hall, the Province of Pisa, the Accounting House of Pisa, and the Rotary Club of Pisa.
Another important demonstration annually welcomed by the structure is the "Premio Città di Pisa" (Pisa City Award), a contemporary painting contest with an open theme, organized with "I Cavalieri dell’Arte" Gallery of Livorno. The works of various artists are exhibited inside the structure.
